Suffolk Recording Studios is the premier recording studio in Suffolk County. We offer truly affordable rates for professional recording in an acoustically designed live room. Most "affordable" studios today are located in residential settings where the recording space is often a spare bedroom, garage or basement. It is very difficult or near impossible to design a proper acoustic space to record vocals, drums, percussion and other acoustic instruments in this type of studio.

There are no parallel surfaces in our live room and a special acoustic wall acts as a reflector/absorber and bass trap all in one. The musicians can see each other and work together as a group with ease. We are priced right in the range of "home" studios. Our studio features top of the line Pro Tools HD equipment and version 8 software, not the inexpensive LE version that's often found in the home studios. The mixer we use is the DigiDesign Control|24, built specifically to work with Pro Tools HD. In the vocal booth is a Neumann mic, the only choice for vocals worldwide.
